Sunday, November 25th Phil Hardberger Park – Take advantage of free fitness classes by checking out these two options for fitness lovers (or just likers), Interval Training and Yoga!

Fitness in the Park Interval Training starts at 10AM and involves a series of low and high-impact exercises interspersed with periods of rest.
